I accept orders from within USA only--NO International orders.

I will gladly refund the cost of your item if damaged during shipping, or replace the product, if possible, at my discretion.  I must authorize all returns.  You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item back to me in the event of an item that is damaged and needs to be replaced, if possible due to the nature of my one of a kind items.  For any item/package that arrives damaged or broken, I kindly request you send me a photo of the damage of the package or item as soon as possible after you receive it (preferably within 3 days)so that I may pursue a claim with shipping company.  If you wish to return an item you have ordered within 7 days of delivery, please notify me at the email below, and once authorized, the purchaser is responsible to pay for return shipping. The item to be returned my be shipped back within 7 days of my acceptance, and you MUST provide a tracking number to me as proof it was sent.  If you have any problem with any item you purchase, please feel free to notify me at kayscreativeboutique.com to resolve your issue.
